How this board works

1. It is the launch control board — the one place that answers "is anything missing, broken, or needing attention?" Canonical file: fitox-admin/atlas.html.
2. Update on ship: any change touching a screen, edge, endpoint, pipeline or gap updates the DATA block in the same session. Resolved findings are marked, never deleted.
3. Reference on plan: work on either repo starts by reading the findings + advisor notes for that area.
4. Advisor notes are Claude's channel — dated, append-only, and expected to intervene unprompted.
5. Every claim carries evidence — a file:line, a doc, or a live prod/DB probe. No vibes.
